3.5d INTERNATIONAL Outbound (Return) Postage (from Us to You);
Orders returned to addresses out side of the UK will be provided within the cost of the services cost when the order consists of no less than three full price discs. These orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail service. NO INSURANCE is included and no tracking is provided within the cost of the service. Any other tracked or insured service can be requested and will be used for return shipping, at the cost of the customer requesting it. Additional return shipping options are supplied as options during the online purchase process and should be purchased prior to sending your order to us. Should the customer require any other return International shipping options, the Online International Shipping Quotation Request Form should be used which is available on our website.
4 Orders &  Payment;
Payment must be received with orders if payment is made by post. Alternatively, payments must be made prior to us receiving discs for repair, using our online ordering section of our website.
Orders cannot be processed without payment. Any outstanding balances not paid within 10 working days of our receipt of discs will be charged for at the full rate of 3.99 pounds per disc. Special offers and bulk discounts will be revoked.
Payment can be made either by :
             Credit Card or Debit Card Online
             Postal Order
             Bankers Draft

4.1 Special Offers & Discounts;
Any special offers, customer bonuses or offer of any kind issued by way of a voucher or card by us is to be used on a one per order basis and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any free disc offers can only be used when paying for a minimum of one additional disc repair. Offer vouchers are not transferable and are deemed invalid if not used within 90 days of their issue. No offers, vouchers or scheme can be used as full payment for any order. We reserve the right to not fulfill offers if we deem their usage unfair.
Any order which is discounted on the website or combined to form a special offer will be subjected to slightly increased repair and delivery time and may fall outside advertised target repair and return time.

4.2 Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals;
Full refunds will be provided on the basis that we have received no order by post and have not incurred any out of pocket expenses in the processing of that order.
Should a refund be requested for orders which we have received by post, the refund will be issued, less the return postage costs we will incur.
In the event of a refund being issued to the customer at the customerís request, for an order where we have fulfilled our obligation up to the point of the request, any refund will be the total amount paid by the customer less a small administration charge which reflects fees that have been incurred by the payment transaction. Bulk, discounted invoiced repairs carry a 5% surcharge if paying by PayPal. Discounted rates do not absorb these transaction costs. All website payments include any transaction charges.
Chargebacks and Reversals:
Chargebacks or reversals which are subsequently deemed to have been authorised without due cause or in so doing, breaching these terms, will result in any subsequent costs incurred by us being repaid to us by the individual who authorised or processed the chargeback or reversal.

4.3 Communication;
We will carry out all communication with you using the email address or addresses supplied by you, with your order, on your order form or as the return path in incoming email from you. We can not be held responsible for any charges, delays, consequential loss, or any other expense occurring from our emails being sent to an email address which you have supplied the address for which is either; not monitored, ignored, un-read, returned or deleted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that our email address is allowed to be received, unfiltered and is monitored by the customer, as a reasonable method of communication. Notifications of this and our email address are displayed to the customer on the website prior to and after orders and/or payments are made.
Telephone: We do not make outgoing communication with you by telephone.
Mobile & SMS: We do not make communication with you by mobile phone. We will on occasion, where it is necessary, communicate important messages to you by way of SMS, providing your mobile number is provided.
By Post: Should the above stated methods of communication be un-successful, on occasion, we will write you with reference to your current order(s). Should this be necessary for us to carry out the normal processing of your order and the above methods have failed, we reserve the right to charge these additional postage costs to you.
We pride ourselves in ensuring that all your details are kept safe & secure. You may at anytime request to be removed from our database and or stop any form of advertising by us such as emails.
We recognise our customer's privacy and as such we will only use the information you give us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We do not sell mailing lists to other companies, nor do we divulge any of your personal details to any other companies or individuals.

Please help us keep your records current by notifying us of any changes to your personal details by updating your account or by contacting us.

6. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to delay delivery or to cancel the order or reduce the volume of the goods ordered by you (without any liability to you) if we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock out, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's work force), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials Provided that if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 14 days, you shall be entitled to give us notice in writing to terminate the order.
7. Variation
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except when supplied in writing, signed by a person authorised by us.
We reserve the right to alter or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All alterations we have made to these Terms & Conditions are dated and are kept on file.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction;
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
By sending discs or any digital or optical media or an order form to us you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
